The study of social phenomena needs to have an integrated system of social indicators. The Survey on Living Conditions (ECV) offers exhaustive information on the social habits, relations and social and physical context occurring in the everyday life of the population resident in families within the Basque Country. The five-yearly operation allows the production of indicators with a high degree of international comparison for each of the areas that comprise people’s quality of living.
